Vegan Macarons

Enjoy our delectable vegan macarons in a range of flavours, including Hazelnut, Vanilla, Rose, Summer Berries, and more. Made with plant-based ingredients, these macarons are perfect for any occasion. 

Shelf Life: Macarons remain fresh for 7 days at ambient temperature and up to 2 weeks in the fridge. It is recommended to store them in an airtight container. If refrigerated, bring them back to room temperature before serving.

Vegan Shells
Ingredients: Potato protein isolate, Plant Cellulose (E461), Xantham Gum (E415), Locust Bean Gum (E410), Caster Sugar, Ground Almonds (NUTS), Icing Sugar.

Flavour Varieties:
Hazelnut and No’tella (brown) – Plant Oils (Sustainable Palm, Sunflower, Rapeseed), Hazelnuts (NUTS), Hazelnut Spread (Sugar, Palm Oil, Hazelnuts, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier, Natural Vanilla Flavouring).
Vanilla – Vanilla Essence (Water, Monopropylene Glycol, Colour [Carmel E150a]), Plant Oils (Sustainable Palm, Sunflower, Rapeseed), Filtered Water, Fava Beans Preparation, Plant-based Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Natural Flavourings.
Rose – Icing Sugar, Plant Oils (Sustainable Palm, Sunflower, Rapeseed), Filtered Water, Fava Beans Preparation, Plant-based Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Natural Flavourings, Rose Water (Propylene Glycol, Rose Oil, Natural Flavourings).
Summer Berries – Icing Sugar, Plant Oils (Sustainable Palm, Sunflower, Rapeseed), Natural Flavourings, Freeze Dried Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, Bilberries, Blackcurrants).
Black Forest – Lentil Protein Preparation (Water, 1.1% Lentil Protein), 31% Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Emulsifiers, Natural Flavours, Salt, Belgian Dark Chocolate Couverture (Minimum Cocoa 54%), Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Natural Vanilla, Cherry Flavour.
